Vacation home for rent: beach villa Curacao

All school holidays: spring, - may, summer, autumn holidays    € 3850, - per week
Christmas and New Year on request, Dec 22nd to -6th jan.      On request
Week of Thanksgiving Nov. 19-Nov. 25                                       € 3325, - per week
January 6th to March 31st                                                             € 3500, - per week
The rest of the year                                                                        € 3080, - per week

Cleaning € 195, -
Security deposit is € 600 (will be refunded two weeks after your departure and after deductions if any cost). And in addition to that a 7% tax is due on the rented amount.

We accept payments directly to us via banktransfer.(Detailed information available on request).

Minimum stay at the beach villa is 7 nights, except for the Christmas Holiday season. starting in December 21 to January 6. Minimum stay is then 14 days.
Maximum: 8 people.
There is a cleaning fee. If the house is left too dirty at departure $150 will be charged extra for cleaning.

A down payment of 25% of the total amount is required to reserve the holiday home. After this payment the vacation home is booked.

- One inbetween cleaning from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
- Each week clean linen.
- Bath and beach towels.
- Electricity is expensive on Curacao and are included to a certain limit up to 60 KWH per day. Meter readings are initially registered in your presence at arrival and departure.
Any additional usage will be deducted from the deposite at a rate of € 0.55 per KWH.
- Water: 2 cubic meter per day included. Additional usage will be charge at € 9.00 per cubic.
